Terms of Service

By booking a session with Suhad Barghouti, you agree to the following terms. All coaching services are provided for personal development purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Coaching sessions are conducted in a confidential and professional setting. You agree to engage honestly and openly to get the most from your sessions.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing coaching services and communicating with you. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties without your explicit consent. Session content is kept strictly confidential. Notes and records are stored securely and are not shared with any third party.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made at the coach's discretion for genuine emergencies.
