Suhad was invited onto Sabah Al Arabiya for two on-air conversations about NLP — breaking emotional blocks, rebuilding confidence, and creating lasting change. Watch the full feature.
Earlier this year, Suhad Barghouti was invited onto Sabah Al Arabiya — the morning programme of Al Arabiya, one of the most widely watched networks in Saudi Arabia and across the Arab world — for two on-air conversations about Neuro-Linguistic Programming and the inner work of lasting change.
Taking NLP beyond the coaching room
Much of the work of transformation happens quietly, one conversation at a time. Stepping onto a national stage was a chance to bring that work to a far wider audience — to explain, in plain language, what NLP actually is and how it helps people move from feeling stuck to feeling free.
“Real change doesn't start with doing more. It starts with understanding the patterns running quietly underneath everything you do.”
The themes we explored
Across the two appearances, the conversation kept returning to the questions Suhad hears most often from clients:
- Why we repeat the same emotional patterns — and how to interrupt them
- How confidence is built, not inherited
- Practical ways to quiet overthinking and anxiety
- What separates coaching from therapy, and when each one helps
Why these conversations matter
Personal development is often wrapped in jargon that makes it feel out of reach. Bringing it to a mainstream morning show is a way of saying the opposite: this work is practical, grounded, and available to anyone willing to look inward.
If something in the conversation resonated with you, the best next step is a Clarity Session — a focused 20-minute conversation to explore what you're working through and whether NLP coaching is the right fit for your goals.
